Technical Account Manager Position
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to manage and maintain relationships with key customers in the LATAM Region. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional technical support and expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection and analysis of configuration information, network data, and packet traces to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommendation of actions based on analysis to enhance network security and performance.
- Customer education and knowledge transfer through webinars, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.
- Software recommendation and bug scrub reports to ensure optimal system performance.
- Upgrade testing and reporting to ensure seamless device upgrades.
- Development of best practice deployment and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Management of technical cases and expectation setting with customers.
- Conducting weekly status conference calls and quarterly reports for managed accounts.
- Providing direct technical email and phone support to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience preferably in the network industry.
- Strong network security and routing experiences.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and strong communications skills.
- Asset to have CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and/or CISSP certifications.
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Scripting and Windows server app experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Advanced English level.
