About This RoleAs a key technical advisor, you will drive customer success by addressing unique needs with urgency, care, and expertise. You will build strong, trust-based relationships that foster client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Act as primary technical liaison for high-value clients, understanding goals and proactively identifying solutions to meet their needs.
- Establish strong, trust-based relationships that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and guidance on our innovative products (Archicad, BIMx, BIMcloud, DDScad).
- Collaborate with internal teams to champion customer feedback and influence product development.
- Partner closely with clients to maximize the value of our solutions in their workflows.
- Represent us in online communities and forums, showcasing thought leadership and fostering engagement.
- Own escalated customer issues from start to resolution, ensuring clear communication at every step.
- Conduct in-depth research and collaborate with development teams to implement sustainable solutions for recurring challenges.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the support team.
- Create technical documentation and best practices to empower customers and internal teams alike.
- 3+ years in Technical Support or Technical Account Management roles (Tier 2 experience preferred) or
- 3+ years of experience working with our innovative products in an architectural studio, as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager.
- Proven success managing large accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Deep technical expertise and experience with our products (Archicad, BIMx, BIMcloud, or DDScad).
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
