Technical Account Manager

As a key liaison between our organization and its customers, you will be responsible for managing all technological and operational customer relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for all technical, systems, and operational matters related to payment gateway services.

">The Job Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers integrating with payment gateway services.
  • Assist customers with end-to-end integration across multiple systems, platforms, and products.
  • Address and resolve customer incidents, production issues, or any technical inquiries.
  • Keep customers informed about rule changes, new products, tools, and services related to payment gateway.
  • Conduct regular technical and operational reviews with customers regarding payment gateway performance.
  • Ensure thorough customer understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company mandates.
  • Work with sales and business teams to convert leads and opportunities into successful onboarding initiatives.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and ideally Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the payment industry.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • A curious mindset with a desire to learn and apply new knowledge to the role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to customers.
