Job Title: Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at BairesDev. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  2. Manage a large number of leads and negotiate terms to close deals.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive future business.
  4. Conduct sales calls and product demos with prospects.
  5. Follow up with prospects to ensure continuous engagement.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in sales-related roles, with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  2. Native/Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese, with fluent English.
  3. Proven experience working with Latin American customers.
  4. Strong time management and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
