Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Michelin Shared Service Centre team as an Executive - Shared Service Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing transactions related to R2P, R2R, and O2C of our integrated customer entities efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payment accurately and on time in SAP
- Troubleshoot issues related to master data, invoices, and work with business stakeholders (procurement, supply chain department, and sales department)
- Learn and apply balance sheet reconciliation, external and internal audit activities, and support month-end closure
- Meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Build relationships and networks with all departments inside and outside the team
- Research and correct escalated issues and exceptions
- Contribute to the development of service provided to customer inquiries and concerns
- Improve assigned processes using Information Technology
- Manage data to complete processes and initiate future innovations and decisions
Requirements
- Ability to work in the USA Shift (5.30PM - 3.00AM in Sri Lanka time)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
