Job Description:

  • As a key player in our growth journey, you will be responsible for leading the full sales process while guiding clients through educational and travel programs, ensuring an excellent customer experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Process Management: Lead the complete sales cycle using provided tools and software.
  2. Product Advisory: Advise clients on educational and travel plans, including cross-selling, while meeting targets set by the Growth Management team.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure sales meet company quality standards (customer retention, minimal returns, accurate reporting of sales visits).
  4. Prospecting: Continuously seek and develop new business prospects in line with company policies.
  5. Customer Support: Direct client questions or concerns to the appropriate departments, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  6. Tool Management: Properly use company technology and documentation systems.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related fields is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles, with knowledge of selling both services (intangibles) and products (tangibles), is necessary.
  • Experience managing both in-person and remote sales channels is essential.
  • Proficiency in office tools and CRM software for sales is a must.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and effectively manage sales pipelines is crucial.
