Program Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead the launch and management of payments products that drive customer affinity and affordability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program or project management, with experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. They will also have a proven track record of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leaders.

  • Create lifecycle campaigns for customers to increase repurchase rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost activation rates and customer engagement.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience working with data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Proven ability to own program strategy and communicate results to leaders.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with teams.

Preferred Qualifications

A Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field is preferred.
