Financial Professional Lead Officer / Senior Officer Job

Seeking an experienced finance professional with a track record in capital management and asset liability management to contribute to the implementation of dynamic capital management frameworks, lead key initiatives, and take ownership of day-to-day management and enhancement of ALM activities.

Key responsibilities for Senior Officer include co-developing new capital management frameworks, assessing and recommending capital optimization opportunities, overseeing ALM market and liquidity risks, and maintaining up-to-date ALM guidelines. Key responsibilities for Lead Officer include acting as technical lead in cross-functional committees, owning and delivering complex projects, driving the evolution of Treasury's market risk and capital management frameworks, and mentoring junior staff.

Required skills and qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field, 10+ years of experience in Capital Management, Asset Liability Management, or related field, strong quantitative background, sound understanding of capital management processes, strategies, and instruments, and expert knowledge of fixed-income markets, derivatives, FTP, and hedging strategies.
