About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Sales Leader to join our team at BMC Software, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to increase our footprint and build larger deals, positioning BMC's iconic and cutting-edge technologies with prestigious customers.
- Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists, solution engineers, and account managers, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Requirements
- Proven sales creation mentality and success in direct and indirect sales, with a deep understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in team development and partner management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating internal and external resources to manage the sales process.
- Government account experience in Sao Paulo is a major plus for this opportunity.
