Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Campaign Manager to join our team at Adlook Services. As a key member of our programmatic team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving campaign performance issues, monitoring campaign pacing and delivery, and collaborating with clients to ensure seamless tracking code integration.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Performance Optimization: Investigate and resolve campaign performance issues, including discrepancies, frequency analyses, publisher and host performance, tag drop-offs, and more.
  • Campaign Pacing and Delivery: Monitor campaign pacing and delivery to achieve client objectives and budget targets.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless tracking code integration and provide troubleshooting support when needed.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as a technical liaison for client-facing teams.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and the development of best practices within the programmatic team.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Programmatic or Campaign Management roles in digital advertising.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to master DSPs and drive client performance improvements. Proficiency in The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, or other DSPs.
  • Programmatic Landscape: Solid understanding of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging, and bidding.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in data onboarding and optimizing campaign performance using various data sources. Strong data interpretation skills using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
  • Additional Skills: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and understanding of data, triggers, and events configuration. Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, Python, SQL.
