We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support interview scheduling, reschedules, and calendar coordination across multiple time zones. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative approach.
About the Job:
- Support the scheduling process for interviews and other meetings.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Manage offer logistics by generating and sending offer letters, tracking responses, and maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with onboarding and documentation preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Requirements:
- Experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR Support, or Admin Roles.
- Proficiency in using calendars/ATS tools.
- Strong Communication, Time Management, and Organization Skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
