  • As a Supply Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving our food delivery performance while managing strategies and daily tasks involving the acquisition and retention of couriers (Glovers).
  • Key Responsibilities include:
    • Implementing processes and optimizing strategies to increase Glover engagement and retention
    • Ensuring that all information is accurately transferred to our database and reports
    • Managing documentation and contracts of Glovers in the city
  • You will work closely with our team to analyze and improve our operational efficiency, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and effectively.

  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in on-demand fleet management is an advantage
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential
    • Advanced Excel and data interpretation skills are required
