We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have experience in capital markets, investment banking, M&A, private equity/venture capital, and a strong understanding of the technology sector.
Main Responsibilities- Originate, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities with a focus on the technology sector in Brazil and Latin America.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.
- Monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives for technology companies in our portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior team members on transactions and strategic projects.
- 4+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, M&A, or capital markets.
- Strong background in technology through direct professional experience, deal exposure, or sector knowledge.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
