Software Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Software Development Manager to lead our engineering team. This role requires daily operations oversight, strategic leadership, and driving initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Lead complex projects, provide problem-solving support, technical guidelines, and feedback to ensure quality, performance, and security.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely deliveries, manage risks, report project status, collect and apply lessons learned, and propose process improvements.

  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver software solutions and drive team commitment.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong people management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required, along with experience in software development and leadership roles.
