Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. This individual will be responsible for taking raw data and constructing narratives that help our business colleagues make informed decisions.

This role involves working with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources, cleansing and massaging data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data. They should also have a solid understanding of relational data modeling, strong analytic skills, and excellent communication skills.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
  • Analyze and visualize complex data to identify trends and insights
  • Cleanse and massage data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Present findings to stakeholders and gather feedback
  • Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Data Analysis tools

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports
  • Solid understanding of relational data modeling
  • Strong analytic skills, including data analysis and visualization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
