Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Apply problem-solving and issue-hypothesis methodologies to deliver exceptional results;
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and IBM teams to ensure seamless communication and service orientation;
- Analyze data and navigate complex technical environments to find answers and present solutions;
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clarity and objectivity;
- Ability to perform under pressure during critical situations;
- Strong coordination skills with multiple technical and managerial teams;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) including technical IT vocabulary;
- Experience in software technical support and/or incident management;
- Ability to analyze logs and perform initial troubleshooting;
- Previous experience in mission-critical environments or second/third-level support;
- Certifications such as ITIL, Linux, or other technical support-related credentials;
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure);
Candidates must be available for potential shifts between 12:00 am - 09:00 am, 5:00 pm - 2:00 am, and 5:00 am - 2:00 pm.
