Open Banking Product Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Americas team in Brazil, focusing on delivering exceptional open banking payment solutions. As a key member of our financial institution connection (FIC) platform team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring Trustly's leading position in global financial institution coverage and quality of connections.

About the Role
  • Represent the product in various Slack channels, resolving FIC-related support questions and issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineers to conduct thorough investigations, communicate resolutions to stakeholders, and improve issue resolution efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes effective communication, and has experience in product management or a related field.

Requirements
  • Detailed orientation and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior experience in product management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and independence in updating project progress with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet and basic office tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira.
