As we continue to scale and grow our portfolio of merchants, we need a world-class Risk system in order to effectively manage risk. As a Product Manager, Risk at Trustly, you have the opportunity to build something foundational, and the flexibility to build and execute your vision for a risk platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for building a world-class risk platform;">
  • Define and build the capabilities to quantify, monitor, and mitigate the financial risks the organization faces;">
  • Partner with data science and work directly with engineering to define detailed requirements;">
  • Co-lead the Agile scrum team with an engineering counterpart to deliver the product roadmap;">
  • Drive sprint planning, story prioritization, and product backlog grooming with the scrum team;">
  • Collaborate in technical design and architecture to find innovative and efficient solutions;">
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Solid experience as a product manager with experience in the risk domain;">
  • Understanding of digital banking products with an emphasis on payments and money movement;">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience. A master's degree or MBA is a plus;">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: great listener with the ability to concisely synthesize complex issues;">
  • Ability to translate information effectively across the organization to sales, legal, engineering, and finance;">
  • Demonstrated excellence in making informed judgments, and setting priorities in ambiguous situations;">
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies;">
  • Advanced/Fluent English.">
