Digital Marketing Strategist


We're seeking a seasoned marketing expert to drive our digital marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing strategist, you should possess in-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with professionals within the team to ensure consistency in implementing our marketing strategy.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Leading the marketing team
  • Ensuring synchronization and alignment among team members
  • Developing targeted campaigns to foster high levels of customer interaction
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Enhancing online content while utilizing effective tools for conversions
  • Coaching and mentoring other service providers and overseeing daily marketing activities and results
  • Liaising with Sales teams leaders to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Motivating the marketing team to achieve goals
  • Monitoring competition and providing ideas to stand out
  • Staying up-to-date with digital technology development
  • Maintaining brand guidelines and adhering to processes
  • Suggesting and implementing direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Monitoring ROI and KPIs

Requirements include:


  • Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
  • Ideal experience implementing Pirate metrics methodology
  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or other media editing software
  • Experience with visual communication principles
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in the English Language (minimum C2 level)
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
