Team Líder Marketing - PJ

**Responsabilidades**:
- Gerenciar e liderar a equipe de marketing, garantindo a execução de todas as demandas dentro dos prazos e com alto padrão de qualidade.
- Atuar diretamente com os CEOs das empresas para entender necessidades, definir estratégias e obter aprovações de conteúdos e campanhas.
- Assegurar que todas as comunicações e ações de marketing estejam alinhadas com a identidade e os objetivos estratégicos de cada marca.
- Supervisionar o planejamento de redes sociais, campanhas de tráfego pago, produção de conteúdos (blog, newsletters, materiais ricos) e demais iniciativas do Hub.
- Acompanhar métricas e resultados das ações de marketing, propondo ajustes e melhorias contínuas.
- Garantir que o time tenha clareza sobre suas responsabilidades, prazos e objetivos, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e produtivo.
- Participar de reuniões estratégicas para apresentar planos, reportar resultados e sugerir novas abordagens para otimização das ações do Hub.
- Manter um fluxo de comunicação eficiente entre o time e as lideranças, garantindo alinhamento e transparência na execução das estratégias.
Requisitos e habilidades:
- Experiência comprovada em coordenação de equipes de marketing e comunicação.
- Habilidade para liderar, motivar e organizar um time multidisciplinar.
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com stakeholders de alto nível.
- Experiência com planejamento estratégico e gestão de marketing digital.
- Conhecimento sólido em branding, inbound marketing.
- Capacidade analítica para interpretar métricas e tomar decisões baseadas em dados.
- Organização e foco em resultados para garantir eficiência na execução das estratégias
Diferenciais:
- Experiência com ferramentas de marketing, gestão de projetos e análise de dados.
- Background em publicidade, comunicação, marketing ou áreas correlatas.
