The Product Marketing Lead will drive the strategic development and execution of our product marketing function. This role is responsible for market positioning, cross-functional go-to-market strategy, and the success of new product introductions and customer lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and evolve the product marketing strategy in alignment with company goals, product roadmap, and customer segments across small to large businesses.
- Define and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product and feature launches, partnering with sales and customer success teams to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
- Create and refine messaging, positioning, and value propositions that clearly communicate differentiated value for each product line and buyer persona.
- Enable sales and customer success teams through impactful enablement programs, including training, collateral, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.
- Lead competitive and market intelligence efforts, identifying trends, threats, and opportunities that inform pricing, packaging, and product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation and Content teams to build integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate deals.
- Establish and scale the product marketing function, hiring, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team.
- Be a strategic partner to the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Team, providing insights and recommendations that influence company strategy, revenue growth, and customer experience.
- 12-15 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with at least three years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact product marketing teams.
- Expertise in positioning and messaging for multi-product platforms, ideally in vertical SaaS or ERP categories.
- Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategy for major product launches.
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong executive presence.
- Deep understanding of sales cycles, customer journeys, and revenue enablement.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical market research and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
