Solution engineering is a critical function that requires expertise in full stack application architecture design and modernization as well as cloud native development.

The ideal candidate will have experience with AI & ML models, including Agentic AI framework, AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Foundry SDK, and Responsible AI. To excel in this role, one must be able to lead technical engagements, such as hackathons, PoCs, and MVPs, to drive production-scale outcomes.

Responsibilities of the role include driving technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs to influence solution design and enable production deployments. The solution engineer will also lead hands-on engagements to accelerate adoption of Microsoft's developer tools and cloud platforms, build trusted relationships with developers and platform leads, and maintain deep expertise in AI Foundry & App architecture and App architecture/cloud native dev.

This is an individual contributor role that requires a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience is also acceptable. Additionally, 5+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience can substitute the degree requirement.

We are looking for a skilled professional who possesses excellent communication skills, being fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese, and having a strong preference for Spanish fluency.
