Job Title: Billing Specialist
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Billing Specialist to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across subscription, implementation, and hardware billing.
About the Role:- Manage recurring and one-time billing for software subscriptions, hardware, and implementations.
- Review contracts for billing and revenue terms, verify accuracy, and ensure correct revenue schedules.
- Process transactional billing by analyzing partner reports and invoicing customers accordingly.
- Prepare overage billing based on customer usage and contractual terms.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior billing experience with basic knowledge of revenue accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including filters, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
- Ability to read and interpret contract terms related to billing cycles and annual rate adjustments.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to ask questions and adapt.
