Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Consultant to help our customers achieve their business goals through the implementation of SAP Success Factors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting current and upcoming SAP projects, as well as key customers on their implementations of SAP SSFF Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and rest of SF suite.

A strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) payroll is required to support our HCM customers in their migration to SAP Success Factors cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will build competencies at SAP to deliver solutions to Customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customer implementations of SAP SSFF Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and rest of SF suite.
  • Provide expertise in SAP Success Factors to customers.
  • Deliver billable components that meet customer needs.
  • Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years domain experience.
  • Minimum 2 full life cycle of SAP SSFF implementations.
  • Good knowledge in at least one of the SSFF components (Employee Central, RCM, RMK, Compensation, Onboarding, P&G, LMS, Report Stories).
  • Good knowledge on SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
  • HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is required.
  • Good knowledge on Brazilian or Argentinean or Mexican or Colombian Payroll is desirable.
  • Experience in project management is desirable.
  • Good Presentation and communication skills.
  • Good command on English language (Spanish is a plus).
  • Able to work in an intercultural team.
