Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Snow Program Director to lead our Ski and Ride School, daycare, and mountain biking programs at Mt. Bachelor.

  • This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that align with the resort's overall vision and goals.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and creating memorable moments for our guests.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Ski and Ride School, daycare, and mountain biking programs.
  • Design and execute creative, cutting-edge programs and lessons for all age groups and skill levels.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of over 300 highly skilled team members and support staff.
  • Ensure an exceptional and personalized guest experience by continuously improving teaching methods, communication, and program offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, gathering guest feedback and using data to make informed decisions and improvements.
  • Uphold and enforce the highest standards of safety and compliance in all operations.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Advanced computer operation skills with the foundation to learn new software
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office, with advanced use of Excel
  • Knowledge of Flaik and Workday is beneficial
  • Ski area experience, Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills are paramount
