Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and conduct inspections of designated hotels to protect the integrity of the brands inspected.
- Visit multiple hotels in your territory and communicate with various stakeholders, including peers, area managers, directors, brand teams, design and construction, owners, management companies, and general managers.
- Collaborate on territory management, expense management, audits, and annual goals.
- Coordinate travel plans and hotel scheduling, ensuring downtime work is completed and projects are submitted by established deadlines.
- Five years of management experience - Hotel Operations.
- Three years of experience as a general manager or department head in a hotel.
- Travel up to 90%.
- Frequent travel between countries.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotels meet the highest standards of quality. This includes evaluating and conducting inspections of designated hotels, communicating with various stakeholders, and collaborating on territory management and expense management.
