We are seeking an experienced and dynamic hotel manager to lead our operations in Rio de Janeiro.
About the Role
- Align operational strategies with commercial goals to drive revenue growth
- Lead a team to deliver commercial and financial results
- Develop and achieve annual business plans and budgets
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong presence in daily operations, including Front of House, Back of House, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, CoWork, and Experience. They will optimize opportunities, analyze room for improvement, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Full P&L management and sound understanding of financial statements
- Impactful strategies to improve performance
- Leadership and recruitment skills
- Commercial acumen and collaboration with Commercial teams
