Chief Registration Strategist

Our team is looking for a skilled professional to drive scalable recruitment in our marketplace and build new experiences by defining strategies to enhance current registration processes for sellers.
About the Role- IDentify seller experience pain points for seller registration verification.
- Partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance experience for sellers and internal stakeholders.
- Owning mechanisms of Voice of Seller tracking, be the main bridge with Account Management teams.
In this role, you will intermediate between product and business teams, owning Registration and Verification metrics with an agenda of improvements to drive metrics enhancements.
You will also drive programmatic short-term solutions to known and emerging issues, while working with stakeholder teams on long-term plans for fixes and improvements.
This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective registration processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving process enhancements through data-driven decision making.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of registration metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future improvements.
