Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and building solutions for deployment on public and private clouds, local workstations, and Kubernetes clusters.

You will work closely with our distributed team of engineers, designers, and product managers to collaborate on finding good solutions and generate ideas.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable software systems using Python.
  • Maintain high-quality code and contribute to the development of our open-source projects.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven track record of building highly automated machine learning solutions, data pipelines, or orchestrating workflows for the cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, LXD, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Experience working with public clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
  • Experience with machine learning libraries or tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to travel twice a year for company events.
