Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead our engineering programs and drive innovation across multiple verticals. As an Engineering Program Director, you'll have the opportunity to orchestrate complex projects and make a lasting impact on our business.

This role offers a unique blend of flexibility and engagement, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing programs that span multiple verticals within our engineering group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic initiatives and execute plans to align functional solutions and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical experts to develop and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Continuously improve processes by identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with colleagues to find resolutions.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Track and report key milestones and business metrics to inform decision-making and drive growth.
  • Own and execute implementation plans for defined engineering programs designed to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial facility operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities.
  • Managerial experience of direct and indirect reports, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in both oral and written reports.
  • Fundamental skills in critical systems such as emergency/stand-by generators, HVAC systems, and BAS/BMS technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
