Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex project workloads and lead junior team members.
  • Analyze data to implement performance improvement and organizational change.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align with business objectives.

This is a vital function that requires travel based on client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years of project leadership experience in managed care with contract modeling skills.
  • The ability to analyze data and develop implementation plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

This role requires the ability to work independently and collaborate with others as needed.

Preferences
  • Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment.
