Drive sales growth in the healthcare industry by leveraging your expertise in IT and imaging solutions. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

This role requires a strong understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare organizations and the ability to communicate complex technical information to executive audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience working in the hospital IT and imaging field. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and lead a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives
  • Cultivate a business plan and formulate sales strategies to attain revenue goals
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in the IT and imaging healthcare industry
  • Strong sales leadership background in the hospital IT and imaging field
  • Proven experience working with executive audiences and communicating company and industry-wide topics
  • In-depth understanding of the challenges that face healthcare organizations
  • Experience with indirect sales management and partnering with distributors is preferred
