About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Management Director to lead our team of professionals focused on delivering Workday solutions in the Healthcare practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and retain a team of skilled Engagement Managers and Project Directors dedicated to delivering Workday products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Methodology Compliance: Ensure Engagement Managers and Project Directors meet Workday's implementation methodology standards.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Work across organizations to develop a clear strategy and messaging for Workday deployments.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with Alliances and Partner Operations to prepare partner organizations for customer support.
  • Priority Setting: Partner with Enablement and PMO to prioritize strategic initiatives for the Healthcare practice's success.
  • Customer Relationships: Serve as an Executive Sponsor on customer projects.
  • Resource Allocation: Work with Resource, Consulting, and Integration Managers to staff projects and address project staffing issues.
  • Sales Alignment: Align with Regional Sales Teams to properly position and sell implementation, technology, and education services.
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for resolving customer implementation issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience in HCM, Payroll, or Financial software applications in Cloud SaaS/ERP environments.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of people leadership experience supporting direct reports.
  • Industry Expertise: 3+ years of Healthcare industry experience.
  • Matrix Management: Experience managing engagement managers in a matrix environment supporting multiple concurrent customers.
  • Sales Positioning: Experience positioning and selling professional services with software sales teams.
