The Senior Director of Healthcare Consulting will lead complex performance improvement engagements, driving client success through collaborative environments and data-driven insights.
This strategic position requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, with expertise in process re-engineering, performance improvement, value-based care, length of stay, and care progression.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in consulting and/or performance improvement, with experience in directing hospital departments or managing complex projects within a consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities- Lead high-performing teams to drive client outcomes through analytical thinking and effective communication.
- Manage engagement-wide economics, including budgets, revenue forecasting, and invoicing.
- Develop customized solutions for performance improvement initiatives, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of consulting and/or performance improvement healthcare experience
- Extensive healthcare operations experience in directing hospital departments or managing complex projects
- Direct supervisory experiences of both individuals and large, complex teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- US Work Authorization required
- Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment
