Job Title: Social Engagement Specialist
Job DescriptionOur organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Social Engagement Specialist. This position will play a key part in our mission to promote land and environmental regularization in rural communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to engage with local communities and stakeholders.
- Conduct socio-economic analysis and situational diagnostics to inform project decisions.
- Build partnerships and collaborations with government agencies, NGOs, and community groups.
- Support the overall coordination of the project and ensure compliance with legal guidelines and socio-environmental safeguards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Service or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social service, preferably in land regularization and community development.
- Working knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish, as well as English.
- Brazilian nationality.
