Job Summary:As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work day-to-day with cross-functional Product Development Teams, their Product Owners and the hosting Organization.You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and creative thinking to help the team create amazing digital products (mobile & web).You will focus on creating Business Value, amazing User Experience and exceptional Product Quality.
Responsibilities:Work within an Agile team, delivering Digital Products Analyze, discuss and document new functionalitiesAssist the product owner with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlogCollaborate with designers and software developers to create the optimal User ExperienceCreate and document testing scenarios, use cases and support manuals Run user and regression tests to ensure high product qualityAssist the Product Owner with Stakeholder communication and management Analyze and monitor the market and the competitionParticipate in ideation sessions for new Products or Functionalities Communicate with other teams and stakeholders to identify, monitor and resolve dependencies Contribute to the Product community, by sharing knowledge and energy
Qualifications:Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager Digitally savvy, with a passion for innovative and quality digital productsCheck various software lists to determine if the software is already known and reviewedIf software already packaged - redirect the requester to obtain the software through the properChannelOtherwise, perform a general technical assessment (business applicability, compatibility, security,compliance, deployment scope)Determine whether software is replicating functionality in the portfolio alreadyForward software consideration for further assessment if necessary (Cybersecurity, Procurement,Business Systems, etc.)Gather information to “register” the software (LeanIX).Direct software request for packaging or a suitable deployment method.
