COUPA Consultant,
who wants to learn and transform his career.
Knowledge and activities:Configuration and documentation: Maintaining configuration and solution design documentation, including changes from new functionality and release upgrades;Customization: Customizing forms, webforms, items, and PO liquid templates;Punchouts: Creating and managing new punchouts;Release reviews: Reviewing new Coupa releases to coordinate environment upgrades;Test plans: Creating and maintaining test plans for user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect resolution;Business requirements: Participating in gathering business requirements and documenting solutions;Data analysis: Supporting the collection and analysis of data to develop insights and propose solutions;Gap analysis: Mapping applications to business processes and conducting gap analysis;Process improvements: Suggesting process improvements based on industry best practices and application capabilities;Implementation: Configuring and implementing Coupa, and providing support to the project team;Training and development: Supporting training and development;Pre-sales: Supporting pre-sales, demos, and estimates;English fluent;Spanish is a differential.
Additional Responsibilities:Reviewing and checking the feasibility of solutions;Preparing test cases and validating deliverables;Following up with clients and support to resolve issues;Documenting issue resolutions and sharing with the internal team;Interacting with end-users and business owners;Suggesting process improvements.
