Principais responsabilidades: Apoiar na divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos e condução de entrevistas em Português e em Inglês. Auxiliar na organização do banco de currículos e elaboração de relatórios sobre recrutamento e seleção. Realizar procedimentos de contratação e admissão de novos funcionários. Auxiliar o processo de onboarding de novos funcionários, incluindo orientações sobre procedimentos e políticas da empresa. Acompanhar e controlar o registro de ponto eletrônico, garantindo a correta marcação de horas e tratamento de inconsistências. Orientar colaboradores sobre o uso do sistema de ponto eletrônico.
Requisitos: Bilíngue - português e inglês fluentes. Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou similar.. Experiência prévia em atividades de recrutamento e seleção. Boa comunicação, organização e habilidades interpessoais. Domínio do pacote Office, especialmente Excel. Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de ponto eletrônico é um diferencial.
Horário: Jornada de 44 horas semanais. De segunda à sexta, das 07:30 às 16:30. Além de eventual trabalho aos sábados para apoio nos eventos institucionais.
