Support the development and execution of HR and administrative initiatives to enhance team integration and promote a positive corporate culture.Collaborate in formulating HR policies tailored to local conditions and provide professional HR solutions to the team.Support and guide local HR efforts from organizational, talent, and cultural perspectives.Analyze and identify local business needs, provide timely feedback to headquarters, and effectively integrate and share resources from headquarters to address local issues.Establish and maintain effective communication channels with headquarters to ensure timely resource allocation and efficient utilization.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with experience in international HR management preferred.Excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment with strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability.Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, with the capability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
岗位职责:协助开展基础人事行政建设工作，促进团队融合，在本地员工群体中传播积极的企业文化，树立良好口碑协助制定符合本地实际情况的人力资源政策，为团队提供专业的人力资源解决方案从组织、人才、文化三个方面为本地团队的人力资源工作提供支持和指导深入挖掘本地业务需求，及时反馈至深圳总部，有效整合和共享总部资源，解决本地问题建立和维护与总部的良好沟通渠道，确保资源的及时调配和有效利用
任职要求:本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先具有5年以上人力资源工作经验，有海外人力资源管理经验者优先具备出色的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力和问题解决能力能够适应跨文化工作环境，具备较强的文化敏感度和适应能力具备良好的中文及英语听说读写能力，熟练使用办公软件具有较强的责任心和抗压能力，能够独立开展工作并承担相应的责任
