We work with over 90 clients internationally including: movie studios, distributors, national film organisations and live entertainment venues such as stadiums and arenas, delivering long-term value through helping to maximise reach, drive sales, and get their audiences engaged.
Role Overview:We’re seeking a B2B Customer Marketing Operations and Content Specialist to join our team. This role will be central within the company, balancing responsibilities in communication activities across marketing and client success.This new team member will develop and implement effective automation strategies to enable scaling of usheru’s communication efforts in a measured, data-driven manner. Additionally, you will create high-quality content tailored to our B2B audience in collaboration with our company’s industry experts.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HubSpot and CRM automation, coupled with creative content skills that can drive engagement, sales and upsells to our existing partner base. You will report to our Senior Marketing Manager and join the overall business development and marketing team within our growing, collaborative company.
Requirements:Experience:
3-5 years in a related role in B2B marketing operations or content roleEducation:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldSkills:
Proven experience in HubSpot, CRM automation, copywriting, and social media management. Skills in video creation are a plus.
Responsibilities:Client Communications & Success Support:
Partner with client success to create a program of partner-oriented initiatives aimed at enhancing our client communication while also driving upsells, satisfaction and retention.Drive Solution Awareness to Existing Clients
- Work with product management to create a cadence of communications to existing clients to drive awareness of both new product improvements, new feature launches, and new tools or services that will enhance client’s success, and act as a preamble to the outreach of the Client Success team.HubSpot Automation & CRM Strategy:
Implement, manage, and optimise HubSpot workflows and automation to support marketing, business development, and client success initiatives.B2B Content Creation:
Develop engaging B2B marketing content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and client success stories that showcase usheru's solutions.Copywriting & Social Media Management:
Create compelling copy for various channels, manage our social media presence, and ensure consistency in tone and brand voice.Video Creation:
Support video content development to enhance client and lead engagement (experience a plus).Lead Generation & Qualification:
Design and execute strategies to attract, nurture, and qualify new leads based on analysis of CRM data, maximising usheru's reach and impact.
