The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience at a software companyWork directly with customers to help them configure web-based softwareResolve technical support ticketsEscalate Issues to the software development teamEscalate issues to the data center ops teamEscalate issues to partner ops teamProvide web training to customers and prospectsWhat You Bring to The Role:You are passionate about web technologyYou have a general facility with technology, and are able to learn new technologies quicklyYou are extremely self-motivated; able to find opportunities for improvement and tackle them without external directionDemonstrate strong problem solving skills and sound judgmentMust pass background check
