About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll provide exceptional support to our customers via chat, email, and phone calls, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues using our internal tools.
  • Make phone calls to customers when necessary to address their concerns.
  • Measure success based on ticket resolution speed and quality of responses.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection (10Mbs download, >5Mbs upload).
  • Flexible vacation/break schedule, with a preference for working during US time zones.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary of USD 1,000 per month.
