Ratehawk is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our B2B partners in Italian language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls and provide initial advice to B2B partners in Italian language.
  • Communicate with partners about ongoing cases, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Assist other operation teams with communication in Italian language.
  • Handle information requests for B2B partners.
  • Record information in the CRM system about work done.

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English language: capability of speaking on the phone in English and writing in business English.
  • Advanced level of Italian language: capability of speaking on the phone in local language and handling business correspondence.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be results-focused and stress-resistant.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong sense of empathy.
  • Responsibility and carefulness.
  • Professional experience in the travel industry or in a concierge agency, DMC, or tour operators (an advantage).
