KEY RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVES：
1.Responsible for the system design of air conditioning products, with the ability to design a new platform for household air conditioners. Possess the ability to coordinate various departments to complete the design of new structures, new systems, and new electronic control functions for the air conditioning system.
2. Develop a three-year plan for research on new features and systems based on market trends and product competition strategies in Brazil, and promote the implementation of the plan.
3.Responsible for coordinating with overseas headquarters teams for technical transformation, ensuring the implementation of new planned technical solutions, and being able to be implemented locally in Brazil.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVES：
More than 10 years of work experience in mechanical, materials, performance, and electrical control fields;
Expressing well with English , English as the working language is preferred;
Priority given to those who have foreign companies or new product structure design and project management in the export market;
