The Role

As our IT Project Manager & Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing IT projects and implementing automation solutions to streamline our business processes. This role offers a clear path to growth within our company and the chance to make a significant impact on our operations.


Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT projects from conception to completion

- Identify, design, and implement automation solutions across various business functions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and increase efficiency

- Provide regular updates and reports to the founder and other stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT and automation


Requirements

- Proven experience with automation tools and technologies (required)

- Project management experience, preferably in an IT context (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
