This versatile role involves managing customer feedback on platforms such as Reclame Aqui, Procon, and social media, as well as participating in internal escalation processes (Tier 2).

You will collaborate across departments, analyze trends, and contribute to customer engagement strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to customer feedback across Reclame Aqui, Procon, and social media channels.Participate in internal escalation processes (Tier 2) to resolve complex customer issues.Analyze customer feedback trends and generate reports to identify issues and opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to improve support strategies and resolve concerns.Help maintain Superbet's reputation by proactively addressing issues and ensuring excellent customer service.Contribute to a customer-first culture and support initiatives to enhance customer experience.What We're Looking ForEntry-level position; candidates with some experience in digital customer service are encouraged to apply.Strong communication skills, ideally with a background in customer service or support operations.Intermediate English proficiency.A passion for growth and development within an international company.Experience with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, CRM systems) is a plus.Versatility, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.About Superbet GroupSuperbet is a global tech and entertainment company delivering innovative sports betting and gaming experiences to millions worldwide.
