**What you will be responsible for**:

- Build internal processes and policies from scratch
- Together with international team improve current functionality of product and customize it according to market specifics

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant experience in adapting or scaling an existing product
- Deep understanding of internet marketing field
- Relevant experience in managing primarily B2C or B2B sales for small and medium businesses
