**About the role**:

- LTK is looking for a driven salesperson to join the Acquisition team in Brazil and across Latin America.
In this role, your main job is to research, contact, and sign new content creators to the LTK platform.
You must be able to not only develop creator acquisition strategies but also activate existing content creators who are not driving sales.
Additionally, you will be delivering insights based on data analysis and giving the team support on multiple educational projects.
- **How you will make an impact**:

- Responsible for identifying and onboard new creators to LTK and helping them achieve early success via earnings on the platform
- Achieve your weekly, quarterly, and annual targets for new influencer acquisition
- Activate content creators that are in the platform but are not driving sales
- Maintain consistently strong performance of your quarter-to-date goals
- Track all activities, notes, and contacts in our database
- Provide timely internal reporting, creator insights, and feedback, and identify areas to address new opportunities/process improvements
- Provide fantastic customer service

**What you will bring to LTK**:

- 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, agencies, brands, sales or related fields
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone skills
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and to drive results in a remote environment
- Ability to consistently exceed important metrics and conversion targets
- Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback
- Passionate about LTK, our mission, and this role
