We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Brazil operation team as a Top Creator Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of creator managers to develop additional top-performing e-commerce creators with clear strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years working experience in creator/user/merchant development or creator affiliate at internet/e-commerce companies. They will possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to design growth strategies and roadmaps with strong data sense and knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include developing short-term and long-term TikTok Shop top level creator development strategy, initiating efficient incentive policies to empower top creator development, leading top e-commerce creator acquisition strategy and execution plan, and exploring effective methods to support creator livestream and short video sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow top-performing e-commerce creators on our platform;
- Lead a team of creator managers to develop additional top-performing e-commerce creators with clear strategies;
- Build successful TikTok Shop e-commerce creator case studies and practice and summarize effective approaches for creator sales growth;
- Drive partnerships between creators and merchants to support creator revenue;
- Build a high-performing team and drive team wellbeing and excellence.
