Buscamos um(a) Growth Performance Specialist, isto é: alguém com experiência prévia, consolidada e comprovada na execução e gestão de Anúncios Patrocinados e SEO no Google Search e demais canais, 100% orientado à performance de resultados de vendas B2B (no segmento de software será um diferencial). Responsabilidades: - Gerar leads B2B qualificados, através do Google Search e demais canais para três diferentes marcas/produtos/serviços do grupo Elife;
- Criar campanhas e anúncios sob medida no Google, com URLs de destino relacionadas às palavras-chave da busca;
- Realizar gestão de palavras-chave e lances no Google;
- Realizar testes A/B para validação de campanhas e anúncios no Google que mais geram vendas, ser detalhista e testar incansavelmente buscando as otimizações;
- Setar anúncios de retargeting no Facebook/Instagram e institucionais/eventos no LinkedIn, segmentando o público;
- Ter profunda experiência nas plataformas de anúncios Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads e Google Analytics;
- Gestão estratégica de dados: incremento gradativo de investimento; taxa de conversão; demos qualificadas; CAC; ROI entre outros, com visualizações em Google Datastudio;
- Interação constante com o time de Vendas e Customer Success sobre melhores estratégias a serem adotadas, sempre com recomendações voltadas para vendas;
- Apoio em melhorias na arquitetura, design e conteúdo das páginas buscando a melhor experiência do consumidor e ranking no SEO do Google;
- Reportar resultados e interagir diariamente com Head of Growth;
- Disciplina e organização para trabalhar 100% em home office, gerir o próprio tempo e monitorar os resultados;

- Sólida formação acadêmica: valorizamos mais uma graduação bem feita do que várias pós-graduações.
Requisitos Dedicação exclusiva em 8 horas diárias de trabalho (não queremos freelas/PJ que realizam simultaneamente diferentes projetos, precisamos de exclusividade).
